Russell Lomas my piano accompanist and friend, who I met last year at the Warrington Music Festival, helped me out on the day and travelled by train and tram to play for me, even though a lifelong Manchester United fan. He wore his Manchester United socks which I wish I’d photographed now!

Hello, Charlotte! I had piano lessons with Russell Lomas many, many years ago in Macciesfield. I have been teaching the piano myself for over 40 years, so that was a long time ago.
