BambinO – 2022

I’m really pleased to announce I’ll be revising the role of Uccellina in Lliam Paterson’s BambinO this summer. I can’t wait to shake my tail feathers alongside a fabulous cast as we tour Scotland. Scottish Opera are holding performances in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Perth, Inverness, Motherwell, Renfrew, East Kilbride and Banchory.  I can’t wait to perform this show again and celebrate opera with families.

If you’d like to bring a little one and watch a show, you can find further details at Scottish Opera’s website: https://www.scottishopera.org.uk/shows/bambino/

  1. How fun is that. The costumes in the trailer are great. They look like a mix of steam punk, Alice in Wonderland, and Pirates of Pinzance,

  2. This melted my heart დ Your singing so lovely. And your love of the bambinos, so evident, I share this with you. I see one or three of these in your future, if you wish it, of course. Take good care Charlotte დდ

    1. Thanks Gill, hope you are feeling better, Mum said you weren‘t well? This is the project that was put off from a couple of years ago due to covid. Sadly I couldn‘t do Mansfield Park again because of the clash of dates but I‘m just relieved things are re-opening, I have just won two more roles I‘ll tell you about them soon.
      Best wishes
      Charlotte

  3. Hey – I’m psychic (or maybe that’s psycho), but I was telling someone yesterday about the only opera made for children had my friend Charlotte Hoather playing the star role!!
Have a ball on the tour!!

  4. YAYAY!!!! Congratulations, Charlotte!
I just know you’ll have the best time.
Shake your tail feathers! What else are they for? 😉🦢

PS. Pics are taken, and I’m working on the post. It’s all very exciting! xx
