Twelve Days of Christmas – Day 3

ThreeFrenchHens

Having braved the Christmas traffic chaos we ventured into Chester to check out the “Sales” as my brother needed to see if there were any furniture bargains to be had.  Having found a great ex-showroom corner sofa they could not deliver it to London 🙁

I then spent this afternoon and evening catching up with some old friends in Knutsford.  It is always great fun to exchange chit chat and catch up on what has been happening.

Here is the third instalment of my little challenge and don’t forget to leave a comment if you want to be entered to win the drawings and the recording of me singing the full version of the “Twelve Days of Christmas”.

I have been writing down everyone’s names so far but wondered if anybody knows if there is a “computerised tumbler” that I could use for the selection ?    I am sure that I have seen one on another blog but I can’t remember where.

    1. Coasters would be a great idea ;). I hope whoever wins them finds something fun to do with them 😉
The antlers are quite special aren’t they 😉 I wore them all day.

      1. Hehe, something like that… She lectures in social media among other things, so blogging means work, so she doesn’t partake (just watches via me), lol

  1. We’ve known for a while how wonderful your singing is. It’s nice to see your artwork, too. I like the way you’ve given them such an interesting style. 🙂

    1. Thanks Clifford, it’s a shame schools not back in on the twelfth day I’d like to have persuaded some of my musician friends to play for me as a grand finale lol

    1. I am having fun with this, I don’t overthink it and just draw them and record the songs each day when the fancy takes me ;0. I take inspiration from my day. I’m beginning to wonder why the man bought her all these birds he he.

  2. Fun stuff Charlotte! Love that you’ve chosen a different venue for each day. And such wonderful artwork to compliment such a lovely voice.

    1. Thanks Tom, the venues were purely as they happened 😉 I was going to record today at the Trafford Centre Shopping Mall in Manchester but it was just way too busy and noisy so I waited until we got home.

    1. 😉
Easier to draw than champagne, baguettes etc.
I’m mainly spending time on warm ups at the moment. I wish I’d have record today’s earlier in the day :/
Hope you’re having a lovely Christmas

      1. A tam is like a small beret that sits on top of one’s head but doesn’t cover the ears. Different than our Canadian toque as well.

    1. Thanks Mary, I’m just about to start on my geese, there is a small geese farm near us so I popped up there earlier to take a photo of them but there were none outside :/ eek curtains for the geese!
