      1. Thank you! I apologize, I realized later that I had my links set up incorrectly- now when you click on my username it takes you to my photography blog (which I had originally intended, oops). Yay for being new to blogging. 🙂 But I have listened to some of your performances and really enjoyed them. Fantastic!

    1. If you look on your gravatar account page, you can link your website or your blog page to your gravatar image ‘music box’ at the moment it doesn’t link :). Thanks for your good wishes I am having a fabulous last weekend with my family before going back to Scotland, yesterday we visited my Nana and Grandad which is always a treat and Nana buys cake too! Lol.

    1. Hey Jimmy, do you still play piano and sing? Enjoyed glancing over both of your blogs, good luck with your wedding planning for next May – very exciting. We have a tv show called ‘Don’t Tell the Bride’ where the groom is given a budget to spend on the wedding but without any input from the bride, he even buys her shoes and dress – I love it some of the ideas are outrageous 🙂

      1. I do indeed still do both, although it’s been… wow, more than three months now since I’ve done either. Oops.
That TV show sounds like some kind of crazy, too… I think my fiancee would flip if I tried something like that!

  3. Charlotte, such a gift you have! I’ve always admired opera singers whose “instrument” is their throat and all the many hours that must go into perfecting it. It’s obvious you’ve done your homework! I’ll be looking for you when you perform in the U.S. at the Met! Also thanks for following my blog, I’m honored. All the best to you as you follow your dreams!

    1. I’ve never seen a foot long hotdog and I’m not really sure what type of ice cream was in your waffle cone but it is certainly interesting reading about food all over the world, I love food blogs, not good if you’re feeling peckish though.

      1. I suppose I shouldn’t need to actually say this, but that should be “good luck” and not “food luck”. I’d blame the typo on my phone, but even my quick proof before hitting submit didn’t catch that. :/

      2. 😉 lol, I always ignore typos it’s easy to do blogging, actually it’s a standing comment of mine that I need all the luck I can get cooking for myself when I go back to university next week so ‘food luck’ is a good wish.

      1. Yes, it’s a lovely tartan. As far as advice on your career, can’t help you at all, couldn’t carry a tune if my life depended upon it. Just keep doing what you love to do and look for avenues to get you noticed.

  5. I started enjoying opera singing a few years ago, you have a lot of talent 🙂
Thank you for your interest in the Taste-Buds, we are happy to have you among us 🙂

My daughter, who is 16, is currently studying for her grade 8 singing and loves singing just as much as me. In fact, we are all very musical in our house and it has always been an important part of our lives. You have a lovely voice and I wish you lots of success with your studies.

    1. Hi, What’s you daughters voice type? I remember my grade 8 exam well. I’ve had to drag my family into classical music they all love listening to me sing now though 🙂 Thank you for your good wishes.

    1. Eeek, your gravatar reminds me of the Twilight movies 🙂 Your spark picture reminded me of my brother looking into one of these squirty fountain things when he was little in Disneyland and it squirted in his eye, they don’t have them in the marketplace now but you used to be able to run and play in the fountains.
